The JV Soccer Gators battled against Basha on Perry’s field Wednesday afternoon.

The strong and athletic competition was held at bay by a stalwart defensive effort led by Maya Dolasinski, Giovanna Gage, and Annie Rosendahl. Kate Olson, Riley Cothern and Reese Terveen also pressed into the Basha attack. Yet at 0-0 with only 10 minutes to play, Basha struck for a goal from distance to go up 1-0. These Gators have no quit and they rallied to pressure the Bears and, within two minutes, Ari Broderick found Quinn Osborne who slotted in the equalizing goal.

The 1-1 draw gives the JV Soccer team a 5-1-1 record with 5 matches still to play.
