Xavier Archery Competes in First Tournament of 2021-22

The Xavier Archery team participated in our first tournament of the season last weekend, Oct 29 & 30, with the October Virtual Qualifier and 3D Qualifier.

Competing against 10 other schools across the state in the bullseye high school division, Xavier archer Ana Bhatti took 6th place with a score of 264 (9 tens), and teammate Isabella Beninato took 8th place with a score of 260 (6 tens).

In the 3D event, Xavier rocked the top 10 female high school division with the following performances:

— Felicia FitzGerald, 2nd place with a score of 264 (9 tens) and a personal best!
— Ana Bhatti, 3rd place with a score of 253 (6 tens)
— Alexa Ojeda, 4th place with a score of 248 (7 tens)
— Andrea Dinglasan, a new archer, took 5th place with a score of 247 (4 tens)
— Kylie Cavanagh, 6th place with a score of 245 (3 tens)
— Sophia Pauly, 7th place with a score of 237 (4 tens)
— Eleanor Halaby, 8th place with a score of 232 (6 tens)
— Zoe Lopez, 9th place with a score of 231 (9 tens)
— Olivia Fisko, another new archer, also had a score of 231 but was beaten out of 10th place by 1 ten!
