  • Bring an large sturdy bag or backpack as we do not provide bags
  • ALL Bookstore sales are FINAL: Purchaser is responsible for procuring the correct items. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns once the purchaser leaves the bookstore window.
  • BUY EARLY: The Xavier bookstore will have a limited stock of textbooks available for your convenience.

  • Can I use a credit card?

    No, all book purchases are check or cash only.

    NOTE: 
    Please do not pre-write check amount. 
  • When can I get my schedule?

    Schedules will be available starting Monday, July 16th.  
    • August tuition must be paid and AIA physical form must be turned into the Finance Office before obtaining your schedule.
    NOTE: The Finance Office will be closed July 4th – July 13th for the holiday & building maintenance.
  • When can I get the booklist?

    The booklist will be available on the Xavier website June 29th. 
    • Please wait until you get the booklist and your class schedule to purchase any books. You must have the correct ISBN number.
     
  • Does the Bookstore sell used books?

    No, the bookstore sells new books only.
    • An impromptu book sale from other students usually takes place in front of the school during the Bookstore’s Special Beginning of School hours of operation. The Bookstore has no affiliation with this sale and cannot guarantee the sale of these books nor the date for which this sale will be. 
  • Can I purchase a book (new/used) from another source?

    Yes, before you purchase any new or used books, please check the ISBN number found on the back of the book and make sure it matches the ISBN number on the booklist to make certain you have the correct book.

    NOTE: The Bookstore is not responsible for used book purchases.
  • Are books available in an electronic format?

    Yes, in some cases the textbook for your class is available electronically.
    • Please see our suggested links for where to purchase electronic books.

Below is a list of some of the major eBook vendors that offer digitial books for purchase or rental.  The bookstore does not endorse a specific vendor.  Our hope is that by comparing prices, you will find the best price available for your daughter's eBook purchases (or rentals).

***Note: On Friday’s, the bookstore closes ½ hour after students are dismissed. Books are not sold during class periods.

Some students may benefit from listening to an assigned book. With this in mind, we have purchased Audiobooks matching the titles of books we use in our curriculum hoping they will find an audience among reluctant readers or those who prefer the auditory mode.  The following titles are a sampling of those we now have available in the library.
