The Socials will be held in late September and October on selected weekday evenings from 6:45 pm to 8:15 in homes of current Xavier familes.

  • Attend: 8th Grade Day - Friday, October 25, 2019

8th Grade Day is a special day for 8th Graders who are interested in applying to Xavier. 8th Grade Day is on Friday, October 25, 2019. It begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. Scheduled activities for 8th Grade Day include a welcome assembly, student-led classroom visits, and an all-school pep rally. Lunch will be provided.

We ask that all visitors wear a WHITE SHIRT with short or long sleeves (no tank tops or spaghetti straps) for the fun rally experience on this day!

If your daughter wears a uniform skirt in the school she is currently attending, it is easiest if she wears it to Xavier for her visit, as this is a good conversation starter.

If your daughter does not wear a uniform, then appropriate dress for 8th Graders is required in keeping with the XCP dress code: if a non-uniform skirt is worn, it may be no shorter than the top of the knee; no shorts; jeans are allowable but they may not have any  rips, holes, or frayed edges; no tank tops; no spaghetti straps; and no flip-flops.

Make a reservation for 8th grade day by clicking HERE. Please only make one reservation per student. Reservations will be accepted beginning August 19th. There will NOT be a separate email confirmation of the reservation for 8th Grade Day. You simply need to attend on Friday, October 25th once you make the reservation!

Transportation to and from Xavier for 8th Grade Day is not provided by Xavier and must be arranged by parents. This is a day just for the students; parents are invited to attend Open House with their daughters on Sunday, October 27th. Please help this day run smoothly by following the drop-off/pick-up instructions for 8th Grade Day:

    Drop-Off Instructions:
Enter at the traffic light at Highland Street and 7th Street. You will be directed by Xavier staff to Bidwill Circle. Your daughter will then be escorted into the Performing Arts Center by the Student Ambassadors to check in for the day.

    Pick-Up Instructions:
Enter at the Highland Street entrance at 7th Street. You will be directed by Xavier staff to continue toward Bidwill Circle where your daughter will be waiting for you.

Please do not arrive earlier than 1:00 pm for the pick up, as the entire Xavier student body will be leaving from the parking lot prior to that time!
  • Attend: Xavier's Open House - Sunday, October 27, 2019
