Congratulations on joining the Xavier Lacrosse team!
We are excited about the upcoming season and hope your girls are too. Now is time to register.

Print the (4) registration forms:
*XCP Registration Form
*AGLA Registration Form
*AGLA Code of Conduct
*US LAX Registration Form
*Parent Participation Agreement

These forms need to be completed in full, signed, and returned on Registration night Tuesday December 8th, 6:30 pm at Xavier's PAC.
If your daughter's US LAX membership expires after June 30,2010, you do not need to pay the $35.00 fee but you do need to fill out the US LAX form and bring a copy of your daughters membership card to Registration.
With the completed forms you will also need your checkbook for registration fees and optional sportswear purchases. (Two separate checks will be needed.) This is a mandatory meeting for all athletes and one parent.
